This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the data attached to it, whether the application is still installed or not.
What is erased
The account itself and everything attached to it on our servers: the name and email address passed by Google, the provider's technical identifier, the account language, the access tokens and the subscription status.
What was never with us
Your hunting log, your documents, your photographs, your favourites and your position never leave your phone: we hold no copy to delete. They go when you uninstall the application or clear its data — export the log first if you want to keep it.
How to make the request
Write from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Huntalis account deletion”. No other information is needed: the sending address is enough to identify the account.
Deadlines
The request is acknowledged within seven days and deletion takes effect within thirty days at the latest. A confirmation is sent once the erasure is done.
What is kept, and why
Records the law requires us to keep — notably accounting documents relating to a subscription — are kept for the statutory period, outside the deleted account. Audit log entries remain for twelve months and are then erased.
The subscription is cancelled separately
The Premium subscription is sold by Google Play: it is managed and cancelled there, independently of account deletion. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription and gives no right to a refund.
