This page explains how to request the deletion of your Huntalis account and the data linked to it, whether or not the app is still installed.
What deletion covers
Deleting the account removes the account itself and the data linked to it: the email address and name from Google Sign-In, and your saved favourites and preferences.
How to request it
Write to neovalpox@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Huntalis account deletion”. No other information is needed.
Timelines
The request is confirmed within 7 days and the deletion completed within 30 days at most.
Data we keep
Data we are legally required to keep (for example accounting records linked to a subscription) is kept for the legal retention period, then deleted.
Premium subscription
The subscription is managed and cancelled in Google Play, independently of account deletion. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription.
